The people behind every ProBuild project
At ProBuild of the Carolinas, every project benefits from a team whose complementary responsibilities keep work organized, communication consistent, and craftsmanship held to a high standard. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, each person on our team plays a defined role in making sure your project runs smoothly and finishes right.
Owner
John is directly involved in every project from start to finish. He manages project timelines, oversees quality at each phase of construction, and maintains open communication with clients so there are never surprises. His hands-on approach means accountability stays at the top.
Project Consultant & Estimator
Cody is the first point of contact for most homeowners. He meets on-site to understand the full scope of what you're looking to accomplish, then develops and walks through estimates with you in detail. With more than 15 years of construction experience — including structural and restoration work — he brings the knowledge to ask the right questions and set realistic expectations from day one.
Administration Management
Erin keeps the business running behind the scenes. She manages administration, team coordination, and documentation, and handles permitting and communication with local municipalities so that projects stay compliant and on schedule. Her organizational oversight means nothing falls through the cracks.
Lead Construction Partner
Jose leads job-site operations, supervising construction activities and coordinating the work of field crews to ensure every phase meets ProBuild's quality standards. His on-site presence keeps projects moving with consistency and care.
